As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate flow of personnel information, work scheduling and customer support data to and from the Distribution Center

How you create impact

-Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling.

-Train and supervise the administrative staff.

-Transmission of payroll data to the corporate office.

-Revise policies and procedures where necessary to improve productivity.

-Update daily, weekly, monthly &/or quarterly management reports.

-OSHA Reporting

-Order supplies and equipment as needed.

-Participates as needed in special department projects.

What we would like you to bring

-Must have three (3) years of administrative experience, two (2) in a supervisory role.

-Successfully communicate - both verbal and written

-Possess a business professional demeanor

-Efficiently solve problems

-Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks

-Demonstrable organization skills

-Experience in Microsoft Office software

-Knowledge of payroll and AP/AR
