Aston Carter is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Omaha, NE. This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area!

Job Description:

Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Process incoming payments and apply payments to customer accounts.

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and establish payment arrangements when necessary.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate financial and customer records within QuickBooks.

Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.

Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure billing accuracy.

Prepare accounts receivable reports for management review.

Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
