We are seeking aCafé Skipperto support daily café operations by preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, portion, assemble, and serve fresh food according to company recipes and quality standards.

Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and process customer transactions accurately.

Provide friendly, professional customer service while creating a welcoming café environment.

Maintain clean, stocked, and organized serving areas throughout the day.

Display food products in an attractive and appetizing manner.

Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products following food safety guidelines.

Assist with dishwashing duties, including scraping trays, loading and unloading the dish machine, and sorting silverware as needed.

Clean tables, counters, kitchen equipment, dining areas, and floors.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to lift 35 pounds or more on a repetitive basis.

Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

Must be able to consent to a drug screen.

Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Previous café, food service, restaurant, cafeteria, or hospitality experience.

Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
