Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Node.js in a serverless AWS environment

Analyze legacy applications and define target state architecture for modernization initiatives

Build front-end applications using Angular while integrating with cloud-native backend services

Implement solutions using AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, EKS, Kinesis, and CloudWatch

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Database, CTO organization, and API Economy teams

Take end-to-end ownership of products from ideation through post-production support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of professional development experience

4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js development and microservices architecture

Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and front-end applications

Proficiency with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB

Experience with Angular for frontend development and basic Java knowledge for database connectivity

Proven ability to work in agile environments with excellent communication and client-facing skills

Strong technical leadership abilities with experience analyzing legacy systems and defining modernization strategies
