Security Officer Patrol Driver Overnight - Manufacturing Site

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to shoppers and staff. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.

Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Assist with access control, visitor assistance, and directions while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
