Job Title: Entry-Level Panel Technician

Location: Bridgeville, PA

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $41,600.00-$43,680

Work Model: Onsite - onsite

Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to project specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Install components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, PLCs, HMIs, and other devices into control panels.

Inspect wiring and components for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during panel assembly.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to confirm control panels meet design specifications and project requirements.

Mentor less experienced technicians through hands-on support and best-practice guidance to build skills and ensure quality workmanship.

Maintain accurate records of wiring configurations, components used, and assembly modifications.

Adhere to all electrical safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in control panel assembly, wiring, or a related field.

Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Solid understanding of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety protocols.

Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments.

Experience installing and wiring PLCs and HMIs is preferred
