[Troubleshooting and repair to mechanical, pneumaticlogic andPLCsand electrical systems.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}

[Installation of facility equipmentfrom provided P&ID and blueprints to include fabrication.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}

[Maintenanceand rebuilding expertise on pumps, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}

[Instrumentation and Calibration:Expertly install, calibrate, and troubleshoot precision instruments such as pressure transducers, flow meters, temperature sensors (RTDs/thermocouples), and distance sensors.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}

[VFD/Servo Expertise:Calibrate, program, and troubleshootVFD (Variable Frequency Drive)parameters and advanced servo drive systems. This includes adjusting acceleration/deceleration curves and managing motor feedback loops.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}

[Root Cause Analysis (RCA):Independently perform and documentRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)for complex, recurring equipment failures and intermittent breakdowns to identify failure mechanisms and implement permanent corrective actions.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{" 201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"=""}
