accounts and transaction histories to accurately apply payments and
process credits or debits. Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
while responding to customer payment and account-related inquiries by
phone and in writing. Support the Finance team with data entry, journal
entries, and month-end account reconciliations. Partner with internal
teams to improve cash application processes, communicate payment
requirements, and ensure funds are applied correctly. Escalate recurring
issues to management, recommend solutions, and perform additional
accounts receivable duties as needed. Job Requirements What You\'ll
