Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler
Job Description
This entry-level assembler role offers the opportunity to build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with hand and power tools, follow blueprints to construct complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures, and learn new fabrication techniques such as brazing and grinding. The position requires standing throughout the shift and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team across multiple available shifts.
Responsibilities
Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products with attention to detail and quality.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints to construct more complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
Learn and perform brazing on copper piping under appropriate guidance and training.
Grind and finish assembled products to meet quality and safety standards.
Work both individually and collaboratively as part of a production team.
Maintain a steady work pace in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Stand throughout the entire shift while performing assembly and related tasks.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
Support general production, assembly, and packaging activities as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience using hand tools and power tools in a work or personal setting.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or assembly drawings.
Capability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Strong desire to enter and grow within the manufacturing industry.
Comfort working with mechanical components, production lines, and general labor tasks.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality.
Willingness to learn new tasks such as brazing and grinding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Approximately 3 or more months of assembly experience is a plus.
Knowledge or experience working with a variety of tools is preferred.
Interest or experience in production, packaging, construction, mechanical work, or general labor.
Comfort working in a high-speed manufacturing environment that is not an assembly line.
Reliability and strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Work Environment
This role is based in a very large, high-speed manufacturing environment that is clean but not temperature controlled, so it can become hot during the summer months. The work is fast-paced yet not structured as a traditional assembly line, offering variety in daily tasks. You will spend most of your time on your feet, working with hand tools, power tools, mechanical components, and production equipment. The facility supports multiple shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling. Onsite resources such as a nurse and recruiting support are available to assist employees, and the culture includes department work parties, holiday celebrations, and other team-focused activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
