Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Fairfax, Virginia. This contract position is ideal for someone who brings at least three years of administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working on-site Monday through Friday. The role involves a high volume of data entry, calendar and communication support, and regular use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations running efficiently in Fairfax, Virginia.

Enter and maintain large volumes of information with accuracy, consistency, and close attention to detail.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics while keeping calendars up to date.

Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Provide general office support, including organizing records, tracking information, and assisting with routine administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to support smooth daily operations. Requirements - At least 3 years of administrative support experience in an office environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel and Outlook.

Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and the ability to handle high-volume information processing.

Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating routine office activities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email correspondence.

Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday and manage multiple priorities independently.
