Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the recruitment support team, assisting with various hiring processes and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant - 2 Month Project

Location: Columbus, IN (FULLY REMOTE POSITION)

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: 9AM-5PM

What's the Job?

Assist the offsite Talent Acquisition (TA) partner with the recruitment process, including interview coordination and candidate communication.

Support community recruitment efforts and grassroots initiatives to attract diverse talent pools.

Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring metrics.

Review employment applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and eligibility.

Provide onboarding support and assist with reporting and tracking recruitment activities.

What's Needed?

Relevant Recruitment or HR experience

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
