Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will support internal communications and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by developing communications plans, content, coordinating programs and executing high-impact communications.
This role works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate executive-level strategy into clear, compelling messaging that drives alignment, engagement and results.
The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping how strategy comes to life for employees, working on high-visibility initiatives and supporting programs in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the development and execution ofstrategiccommunications plans aligned to enterprise prioritiesand organizational change management best practices.
Contribute to storytelling initiatives that highlight employee impact, innovation and company strategy
Assist in managing enterprise campaigns,liveeventsand company initiatives, including project coordinationacross cross-functional teamsthrough project management tools to track progress and deliverables
Ensure alignment across internal communication channels, including activation and timing of messaging
Write and edit employee communications including emails, articles, intranet content, executive messages, FAQs and announcements.
Ensure timely and accurate communication delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain communications reportingandongoing program reporting to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Optimize content for each channel based on audience needs and channel best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification s:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or a related field.
Preferred Qualification s:
At least 2 - 5 years of related work experience in corporate communications, public relations, content creation, editing, publishing, planning and project management.
Demonstrated knowledge of internal and change communications best practices
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to collaborate across teams and work with senior stakeholdersand executive leaders

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
