What's a typical day as Administrative Support Receptionist? You'll be:

Acting as the first point of contact for the Medical Department, answering telephone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls as needed.

Managing paperwork by filing documents, pulling charts, and sorting FMLA forms efficiently.

Assisting with medical records requests, ensuring compliance with timelines and maintaining accurate logs of released records.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or GED, with previous clerical or office experience being a must.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a medical setting.

Possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
