THE OPPORTUNITY

The Chipotle Restaurant Support Center Receptionist & Administrative Assistant will perform a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks for the Restaurant Support Center.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In addition to following and supporting Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

· Greeting and welcoming employees, visitors, and vendors.

· Sorting and distributing incoming mail, e-mail and responding to such material as necessary.

· Assist in reconciling monthly expense reports for senior leaders, as necessary.

· Assist in maintaining files and record systems for employees and restaurants.

· Creating and maintaining invoice tracking system.

· Assist in ordering office supplies while maintaining cost effectiveness.

· Provide information and assistance to business associates in a professional and courteous manner.

· Maintain organization of office and storage areas.

· Assist in ordering weekly catering for Restaurant Support Center employees.

· Provide support for office services team.

· Complete other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

· High School Diploma or GED

· A.A in related field, or equivalent in education and experience.

· At least 1 year in an administrative capacity with some experience providing support to senior level executives.

· Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook

· Strong communication skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $22.11-$27.89. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
