REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 10/01/2026-12/31/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, and Drivers requirement.

JOB DUTIES:

Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.

Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer

augers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Manipulate controls to

set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production,

such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify

supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or

harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with

products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks. Operate towed machines such as

seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies,

tools, or farm workers. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid,

performing minor repairs, or washing trucks. Irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and maintain

ditches or pipes and pumps.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS:

Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING:

Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE:

The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE:

Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT:

Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
