Description

A large concrete supplier in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team. This person will be responsible for reviewing contracts, identifying specific verbiage in contracts that they don't agree with, ensuring the subcontractors have OCIP and/or CCIP insurance, facilitating signatures and filling out specific forms properly, ensuring the COIs are updated accordingly, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry or similar, is extremely detail oriented, and has a "no job is too small mentality."

Requirements - Prior experience in contract administration, administrative coordination, or a similar support role.

Background working with construction documents, subcontractor paperwork, or related industry documentation is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to review written materials carefully and identify discrepancies.

Experience handling administrative assistance tasks in a fast-paced business environment.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize records effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.

Familiarity with scheduling, contract processing, and compliance-related follow-up activities.
