Description
A large education-focused organization is seeking marketing support to increase the speed and efficiency of campaign launches and content activation. The team develops strategic campaigns for education-sector audiences and needs additional bandwidth to accelerate execution and reduce delays associated with traditional creative production workflows.
This individual will provide hands-on marketing execution support to help bring campaigns to market more quickly, maximize the use of existing creative assets, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
The role will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, campaign managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign execution, creative asset adaptations, digital content deployment, and project coordination.
Manage campaign schedules, milestones, and launch readiness activities.
Create, modify, and optimize marketing assets for digital, social media, and online marketing channels.
Develop social media advertising variations and engaging short-form content.
Produce short video clips and basic animated content using existing creative materials.
Assist with time-sensitive marketing initiatives that require quick turnaround and rapid execution.
Leverage Canva, AI-powered platforms, and established brand templates to develop polished, market-ready marketing materials efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure projects move smoothly through production and launch phases.
Monitor campaign progress, identify workflow challenges, and proactively address execution roadblocks.
Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign activation across multiple marketing channels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
No degree required.
Candidates must have a portfolio of previous work submitted along with their resume.
Demonstrated experience with Marketing campaign execution, digital content creation, social media marketing, and project coordination/management exposure (1-2 years)
Performance indicators: must be self-directed and require minimal oversight (no to-do lists). Bring ideas and recommendations and improve campaign speed to market.

This is a Contract position based out of Hoboken, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
