Job Description Summary
Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution across Men's Health, Orthopedics and potential new indications for the business, serving as the strategic owner for healthcare professional engagement, injector activation, and market growth. Translate portfolio and brand strategy into actionable HCP plans, campaigns, timelines, and field-enabled execution while ensuring high-quality tactical delivery, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. Develop and advance comprehensive HCP growth strategies that deepen engagement with current prescribers, broaden reach across priority customer segments, and build a scalable pipeline of new injectors through targeted education, training, congress engagement, and professional society partnerships. Manage and coach a team of HCP marketers while partnering closely with Sales, Medical, CAT, CDT, Patient Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights & Analytics, agency partners, and other commercial stakeholders to drive sustained brand growth and performance.

Lead HCP strategic and tactical planning for the Men's Health business, Orthopedics and potential future products and/or indications
Own agency management, lifecycle management initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution across HCP marketing priorities
Manage congress and professional organization engagement, including field needs and educational programming
Partner and collaborate with Sales, Medical, CAT, CDT, Patient Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights & Analytics, and key commercial teams supporting HCP growth
Manage, coach, and support a team of HCP marketers while ensuring alignment to strategic guardrails, priorities, and execution milestones
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leads development and execution of the annual strategic brand plans, including cross-functional alignment, business reviews, leadership presentations, and translation of portfolio strategy into actionable HCP plans and timelines.
Develops and implements comprehensive HCP strategic and tactical plans to drive injector growth, market expansion, and business performance across Men's Health and Orthopedics.
Directs development of core HCP campaigns, messaging platforms, promotional materials, educational resources, and field assets to support brand objectives and high-quality execution.
Serves as the primary marketing partner to Sales leadership, collaborating with National Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and field teams to align strategy, priorities, field needs, and execution.
Manages Agency of Record and external vendor relationships, ensuring timely, compliant, cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives and excellence in asset development, agency coordination, and campaign execution.
Monitors brand performance, financial performance, and key performance indicators to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in HCP strategy and execution.
Leads lifecycle management planning and execution, identifying and advancing business opportunities to support long-term brand growth.
Co-leads cross-functional advisory and field alignment teams, incorporating stakeholder feedback and market insights into strategic decision-making.
Serves as point person for Sales, Medical, CAT, CDT, Patient Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights & Analytics, and key commercial partners to ensure coordinated execution and risk mitigation.
Identifies, evaluates, and executes innovative marketing approaches, including emerging technology and mixed reality initiatives, to enhance customer engagement and brand differentiation.
Represents the commercial organization in partnerships with professional societies and key external organizations, including SMSNA and ASSH.
Leads planning and execution of key congress-related activities, educational programs, professional engagement initiatives, and field support needs, including SMSNA and AAHS Bootcamps.
Partners with key account, provider, and customer groups to support business objectives and strengthen commercial relationships.
Facilitates regular cross-functional business reviews, weekly team meetings, milestone check-ins, and prioritization forums to ensure coordinated execution across commercial teams.
Manages, coaches, and supports five HCP marketers, reviewing work quality and ensuring alignment to strategic guardrails, brand priorities, and execution standards.
Serves as the primary commercial liaison for GPO-related activities, Insights & Analytics collaboration, Finance partnership, Supply Chain coordination, and key business planning initiatives.
Drives indication collaboration and organizational alignment initiatives to improve execution, communication, process discipline, and business performance.
Oversees marketing contracts, agency agreements, and vendor coordination activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget objectives.
Education & Experience:
B.S. Degree is required, MBA preferred
8+ years marketing related work (i.e. Sales Training) such as managing budgets, projects, and expenses or working with field based sales force; minimum of 4 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing is preferred
Management experience required
Experience working with field based sales force preferred
Experience with Specialty buy & bill preferred
Experience in the therapeutic area is preferred
Track record of successfully achieving business goals and a record of successfully working with cross-functional team members
Experience developing and implementing POA plans and meetings is preferred
Experience leading or developing HCP marketing teams, including coaching, prioritization, work quality review, and alignment to strategic priorities
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of marketing business processes and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Customer/Market Knowledge of performing products, Therapeutic and Disease Conditions, Market Dynamics & Evolution, and competitive landscape
Healthcare Professional/Patient customer Insight: Geography, Culture and Market Differences
Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and health care environment
Understanding of future product/market opportunities in order to evaluate and assess the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products
Acts as specialist on most aspects of assigned product(s) and has knowledge of the marketing mix and distribution channels
Gathers and maintains up to date information and knowledge of sales, market share, and information with promotional potential
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to perform complex analyses of data & documents and understand marketing terminology
Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business plans and manage budget.

The expected base pay range for this position is $282K - $306K . Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion.
