Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Lead Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting production operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Manufacturing Operator

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $27.50

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional swing shifts and overtime

What's the Job?

Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of operators to meet daily production goals.

Facilitate daily tier meetings and accountability boards, keeping supervisors and managers informed on performance, challenges, and team morale.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, consistently modeling and reinforcing company values.

Support the development of operators through training and performance feedback in partnership with leadership.

Execute manufacturing and testing of complex products in compliance with cGMP, ensuring accurate documentation and addressing nonconformance issues.

What's Needed?

3-4 years of direct manufacturing and leadership experience, with at least 1 year in a lead, trainer, or coaching role.

Working knowledge of cGMP, Quality System Regulations, and ISO standards, with experience handling nonconformances and CAPAs.

Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment.

Strong communication skills across operators, peers, and management.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
