What you'll do:
Develop and execute strategies to automate creative production workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Lead the creation and implementation of a technology roadmap focused on automation and innovative tools, including Generative AI.
Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to align automation initiatives with creative and business objectives.
Oversee adoption, integration, and ongoing support of automation platforms, ensuring optimal utilization.
Monitor and analyze automated workflows and outputs to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
Manage resource allocation, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Establish performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in developing and executing creative automation strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Strong expertise in workflow automation and integrating generative artificial intelligence within marketing processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead technology roadmap development and implement innovative automation tools.
Skilled in resource allocation, project management, and driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
Experience mentoring and developing technical teams focused on automation support and continuous improvement.
Proficient in analyzing data to measure automation performance and optimize creative production outcomes.
Ability to align automation initiatives with business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
