Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Commerce, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing front-desk interaction, phone support, and detailed administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to keep records, communications, and office workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts while providing courteous and detail-oriented assistance

Welcome visitors and handle front-office activities to maintain an efficient and organized reception area

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency, ensuring records and documents remain up to date

Provide day-to-day administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and coordination of office materials

Maintain organized records and assist with routine clerical duties that support overall business operations

Communicate effectively with internal teams to help ensure administrative processes are completed in a timely manner Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role

Ability to handle inbound phone calls professionally and respond to general inquiries effectively

Experience with data entry and a strong focus on accuracy and organization

Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and clerical support tasks

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Comfortable performing receptionist duties and supporting daily front-office operations TalentMatch®
