EPAM Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our North American marketing team in a high-impact role based in Los Angeles, California. You will serve as the primary field marketing partner for the Southwest region, covering Southern California, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
With Los Angeles serving as the hub for this role, you will work closely with regional, industry and sales leadership to translate business priorities into focused marketing programs that will strengthen client relationships, create new opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who understands what matters most to the business, prioritizes where marketing can have the greatest impact and executes across field programs, account-based marketing, executive engagement and deal support.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead field marketing partner for the Southwest region while concentrating investment on high-priority accounts and growth opportunities
Build a strong presence in the Los Angeles market by partnering with regional leadership, account teams and business leaders to deepen relationships with strategic clients
Lead field marketing support for the Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment business across the territory
Establish quarterly marketing priorities and go-to-market plans tied to revenue, pipeline, account growth and new business objectives
Design and execute account-based marketing programs, including targeted campaigns, personalized content and executive engagement
Provide direct support for strategic deals and growth opportunities to help sellers create access, build credibility and advance opportunities
Own the regional event and executive engagement strategy by identifying industry moments, online events, executive dinners and EPAM-hosted programs that create meaningful business impact
Translate technology and industry capabilities into compelling market narratives across areas including AI, cloud, data, digital platforms and software engineering
Measure marketing performance based on business impact, including account engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression and ROI
Capture and amplify client success stories in partnership with account teams and the broader marketing organization
Requirements
Five years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, ABM or integrated B2B marketing within technology services, telecommunications or media
Experience serving as a strategic marketing partner to sales and business leadership to translate commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans
Background in supporting a geographic sales territory or portfolio of enterprise accounts
Understanding of account-based marketing and experience developing account-specific programs in partnership with sales
Success in developing executive events, hospitality programs and other high-touch field marketing experiences
Knowledge of the Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment industries, including forces affecting telecommunications providers, streaming platforms and digital media businesses
Proficiency with ABM strategy and platforms like Demandbase or 6sense, CRM, marketing automation and campaign analytics tools
Capability to translate technical and industry concepts into clear marketing narratives for executive audiences
Project management and prioritization skills to balance strategic account programs, events and changing business needs
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000.
