Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$16.80 per hour

Shift:

3rd shift - Sun-Thurs 8:30pm-5a(might be a somewhat flexible if needed)

What's a typical day as Payment Processor? You'll be:

Preparing transactions for deposit by completing routine duties in a production environment.

Using computer-based software specific to payment processing operations.

Manually extracting payments from envelopes, sorting and organizing checks and invoices for deposit.

Accurately inputting payment amounts into software applications using a PC.

Following account-specific instructions to ensure accurate deposit preparation.

Collecting and preparing check copies for re-association and physically matching check copies with invoices and envelopes.

Sorting completed batches for outgoing mail to return to the client.

Meeting established department standards for quality and productivity.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

Possess basic computer skills and strong organizational skills (required).

Are able to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Can sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions.

Have experience in banking operations (preferred, not required).

Have 10-key or data entry skills
