1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00am to 1:30pm or to finish.

Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled (refrigerated/freezer) warehouse environment, ensuring correct quantities and products as indicated by order tickets or RF scanning devices.

Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment to transport, stage, and load products onto pallets.

Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while ensuring all food safety and warehouse sanitation guidelines are followed.

Work in cold conditions (typically between -10°F and 40°F), wearing appropriate cold-weather gear and adhering to safety protocols.

Label, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping, maintaining product integrity and stability during transport.

Conduct regular inventory checks, report shortages or damages, and assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve order discrepancies and improve warehouse processes.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice safe equipment operation at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of pallet jack operation (certification is a plus).

Good organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
