FAA Repair Technician

We're looking for a hands-on technician to inspect, repair, and maintain FAA-regulated cargo containers while supporting warehouse operations and customer needs.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, test, and repair temperature-controlled cargo containers.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues.

Perform structural repairs including riveting, patching, and component replacement.

Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Support inventory management and warehouse operations.

Provide technical assistance and training to customers when needed.

Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean, organized, climate-controlled repair facility alongside a small team of technicians and supportive leadership. The role offers a mix of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural repair work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue expanding their technical skill set.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
