What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing a multi-line switchboard, and greeting guests.
Supporting the Sr. Human Resources Manager, General Managers, and leadership team with calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence flow.
Handling communications, preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinating travel arrangements, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, governing facilities, maintaining records, and event coordination.
Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, SOPs, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably supporting leadership teams.
Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry in ERP systems.
Are detail-oriented, adaptable, and demonstrate a high level of organization and problem-solving ability.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Can operate office equipment (copy machine, telephone, PC, 10-key calculator) and are familiar with basic office procedures.
Thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to take initiative and support multiple departments as needed.
