As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Driver in Asheville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. Fri06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.

Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.

Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
