As a Security Officer Distribution Warehouse in Ontario, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. At a retail distribution location, Access Control Security Professionals manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help address security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to associates, drivers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor and control access points at a retail distribution center, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry and exit activity.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Maintain accurate security-related logs, reports, and records related to access activity, incidents, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
