Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Orange, California in a Contract to Permanent role. This position focuses on delivering responsive support to business customers by managing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer order input and updates with a high degree of accuracy across company platforms.

Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone and email, working through issues to complete resolution and providing timely follow-up.

Partner with teams across sales, operations, logistics, and finance to address service needs and keep customer requests moving forward.

Share clear information related to products, order progress, and account details to support customer decision-making.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally while maintaining a service-oriented approach.

Monitor open requests and ensure commitments are completed within expected timeframes.

Recognize areas where workflows can be improved and suggest practical changes that support stronger service outcomes. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting.

Background in order entry and customer support within a high-volume environment.

Familiarity with ERP or business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and skill in managing multiple tasks at once.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
