Position This highly motivated individual, as part of the Shipping
department, will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping
customer orders along with continuing development within the department.
This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is
onsite and is based in Germantown, WI. Primary Job Duties and
Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Load
and unload incoming and outgoing trucks. Accurately transfer finished
goods into inventory. Accurately count and organize products in
warehouse. Ability to systemically ship standard orders. (ex: General
carriers, UPS) Display proficiency with RF scan gun functions. Basic
department computer applications. Operate stand-up and sit-down
forklifts. Completes industrial lift truck certifications. Maintains
department standards and appearance. Collaborate effectively with all
team members across departments. Helps support other department
functions as needed. Help create and maintain a positive work
environment. Understand and abide by all company safety policies. Assume
responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by
Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management. Responsibility directly
