Marketing Manager, you\'ll lead the development and execution of
integrated marketing strategies that drive member engagement, product

impactful marketing initiativeswhile keeping the member experience at

What You\'ll Do (Your Impact) Lead Strategic Marketing Effortsby
developing and executing marketing plans that support organizational
priorities and drive membership and product growth. Deliver Integrated
Campaignsacross multiple channels, ensuring initiatives are completed on
time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate Across
Teamsto align marketing strategies with organizational objectives and
maximize business impact through effective partnerships. Leverage Data &
Insightsto evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and
continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Strengthen the Brandby
ensuring all member communications reflect Summit Credit Union\'s values
and enhance brand recognition and reputation. Manage Projects &
Resourcesby overseeing campaign budgets, timelines, vendor
relationships, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Develop & Empower Teamsthrough leadership, coaching, and strategic
direction that strengthens business partnerships and delivers measurable
results. What You Bring Bachelor\'s degree inMarketing, Communications,
Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing
experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
Experience leading marketing campaigns and managing projects, teams, and
cross-functional partnerships. Strong knowledge ofmarketing strategy,
digital marketing, campaign measurement, and analytics. Demonstrated
success developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing
initiatives across multiple channels. Excellent communication, project
management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency withmarketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and
analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while
