Job Description

An Insight Global client in the home healthcare industry is seeking a highly motivated Sales, Marketing & Recruitment Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across business development, marketing, referral management, and workforce acquisition. This position will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding referral networks, increasing brand visibility, and developing recruitment strategies that support the organization's continued expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare business development, team leadership, marketing strategy, and relationship management. This individual will serve as a key ambassador within the healthcare community while partnering closely with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, community partners, and industry organizations.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, presentations, and community engagement initiatives.

Lead and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and community outreach channels to increase brand awareness and market presence.

Develop and manage referral pipelines, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and service utilization.

Recruit, attract, and engage healthcare professionals and support staff through sourcing, networking, employer branding, referral programs, and recruitment marketing efforts.

Partner with operational and executive leadership to support workforce planning, staffing needs, and organizational growth objectives.

Monitor sales, marketing, referral, and recruiting KPIs; analyze results and implement strategies to improve performance.

Represent the organization at industry events, healthcare facilities, job fairs, networking functions, and community programs.

Coach, mentor, and support team members while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and exceptional service.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

3-5+ years of progressive sales, marketing, or business development experience.

2+ years of experience within healthcare, home health, hospice, senior care, or a related industry.

Demonstrated success driving referral growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Experience leading sales teams and managing performance metrics.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the local market. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline).

Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, or Senior Services industry experience.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, healthcare reimbursement models, and healthcare compliance regulations.

Experience with CRM or EMR systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WellSky, MatrixCare, or Homecare Homebase.

Background in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.

Established network within hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, or community healthcare organizations.

Healthcare marketing or business development certifications preferred
