?? What You'll Be Doing
Assemble electrical drives and transformers according to work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
Perform electrical wiring and electronic assembly
Use hand and power tools to build and install components
Verify alignment, wiring, and component installation
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
Work closely with a small team to achieve production goals
Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support continuous improvement initiatives
? What We're Looking For
? 1+ year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience with the same employer
? Experience using hand and power tools
? Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams
? Electrical wiring or electronic assembly experience
? Strong mechanical aptitude
? High attention to detail and quality
? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr.
