Assembly Technician

What You'll Do

Bend and shape aluminum heat pipes using specialized fixtures and bend dies for aerospace and military applications.

Read and interpret blueprints through the company computer system to ensure accurate assembly and production.

Use hand tools, measuring devices, and digital protractors to verify precise dimensions and bend angles.

Perform fabrication, assembly, inspection, and quality checks on aerospace components.

Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous pipe bending, fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience.

Strong measuring skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.

Stable work history and good communication skills.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
