We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale warehouse operations, optimizing performance, and building engaged teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
Implement continuous improvement action plans
Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of leading leaders, including the development and management of supervisors and cross-functional operational teams.
Demonstrated success managing operations with a workforce of approximately 75-200 associates across multiple departments; experience in larger-scale eCommerce operations will also be considered.
Previous operations leadership experience within a multi-client 3PL environment strongly preferred.
Strong record of driving employee engagement, operational performance, and creating opportunities for team growth and development.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, with experience implementing operational improvements
Experience leading distribution center or manufacturing operations with responsibility for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics
Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
