Description We are looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to support a busy sales team in Pasadena, California. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who can balance administrative coordination, reporting, and document preparation while maintaining strong accuracy in a fast-moving environment. The role also involves working with spreadsheets and visual materials to help keep sales operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent administrative support to the sales team, helping manage daily priorities and keep workflows on track.

Prepare business documents such as reports, presentations, order-related materials, and other sales support resources.

Maintain accurate sales information by updating spreadsheets, records, and internal tracking files on a regular basis.

Coordinate communication across sales, operations, and partner teams to ensure timely follow-up and alignment.

Assist with the creation and revision of product details, pricing information, and promotional support materials.

Develop and refine visual content using Adobe Illustrator and photo-editing tools when needed for sales-related projects.

Support reporting activities by organizing data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to forecasting updates in Excel.

Handle general office and departmental tasks that contribute to smooth day-to-day sales operations. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or related coordination role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines consistently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and report preparation.

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and photo-editing software such as Photoshop.

High level of accuracy and close attention to detail in document and data management.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for working across teams.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

Experience in inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or general sales support is beneficial. TalentMatch®
