JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Under the direction of the General
Manager, the IT Director is responsible for the overall planning,
implementation, security, and management of the casino\'s information
technology systems. This position provides strategic leadership for all
technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT
services that support gaming operations, hotel and hospitality systems,
food and beverage, finance, surveillance, and administrative functions.
The IT Director oversees network infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems
administration, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, technology
budgeting, and IT staff while ensuring technology aligns with the
organization\'s business objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct
and manage all information technology operations throughout the casino.
Develop and implement the organization\'s IT strategy, policies, and
procedures. Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of all
network, server, and telecommunications systems. Oversee casino gaming
systems, slot systems, player rewards systems, point-of-sale systems,
hotel management systems, surveillance technology, and other
business-critical applications. Lead cybersecurity initiatives,
including risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response,
disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Maintain compliance
with Tribal Gaming Commission requirements, Gaming Commission
regulations, PCI-DSS standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage the IT department budget, technology projects, and
capital expenditures. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT staff while
promoting professional development and accountability. Manage
relationships with software vendors, hardware suppliers, internet
providers, and technology consultants. Coordinate installation,
maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of hardware and software. Monitor
system performance and ensure minimal downtime for all business
operations. Establish and maintain backup and disaster recovery
procedures. Oversee user account management, network access, and data
security. Provide executive leadership with recommendations regarding
emerging technologies and technology investments. Ensure technology
supports operational efficiency and enhances the guest experience.
Participate in on-call support for critical system outages as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible IT management experience,
preferably within gaming, hospitality, healthcare, or another highly
regulated industry. Experience managing enterprise networks, Microsoft
server environments, virtualization, cloud technologies, cybersecurity,
and enterprise applications. Experience administering Microsoft Active
Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, firewalls, backup
solutions, and network infrastructure. Knowledge of casino gaming
systems, slot management systems, player loyalty systems, surveillance
systems, and POS systems is preferred. Strong understanding of
cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance. Excellent
leadership, communication, organizational, and project management
skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
