The Executive Director of Operations leads operational excellence agenda, ensuring that business systems, processes, and infrastructure support organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences. This role oversees enterprise operations, technology, facilities, operational compliance, and operational performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. The Executive Director ensures that organizational systems and platforms meet evolving needs by working in close partnership with
all functional departments.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of operational leadership experience.
Provide direct leadership and oversight for all technology, digital platforms, and systems
used across the organization.
? Partner with departments including Product Innovation, People and Culture, Marketing,
and others to ensure systems and platforms meet organizational needs and support
strategic priorities.
? Oversee technology planning, system upgrades, data management, risk mitigation, and
business continuity protocols
Strong background in business operations, systems oversight, workflow improvements, and organizational infrastructure.
Evaluate and optimize vendor relationships, contract performance, and service-level
agreements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field required. Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related
field preferred
Certified Manager (CM) - ICPM
? Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
? Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI
? Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) - APICS
? Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) - ASQ
