Job Description
The IT Manager oversees day-to-day IT operations including the management of systems, infrastructure, end-user support, security practices, and vendor relationships. This role also has direct responsibility for all technical operations within the Innovation Center, ensuring reliable performance of networking, hardware, collaboration tools, event technology, and onsite technical environments.
The IT Manager works closely with the Technical Director, Operations to implement technology strategies that support game and product development, live operations, employee productivity, and innovation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
Oversee all technology operations within the Innovation Center
Manage IT environment, including networks, servers, workstations, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Supervise IT specialists, technicians, contractors, or external service providers.
Manage IT vendors, product evaluations, contract negotiations, and budget planning. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field required. Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering Management, or related field preferred.
CompTIA Network+ or SecurityCCNA or other networking credentials
ITIL Foundations
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
