Job Description
The Vice President, Product Innovation leads end-to-end product strategy, innovation pipeline, and portfolio performance. This role is responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering high-value products, programs, and solutions that enhance customer value, drive revenue growth, and extend market impact. VP partners closely across the organization including marketing, finance, operations, and professional services to create future-forward offerings grounded in market intelligence, customer insights, and organizational strategy.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years in product development, product management, or innovation leadership.
Develop and steward long-term product innovation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional ideation, pilot testing, and commercialization of new products and enhancements.
Establish product lifecycle frameworks to evaluate performance, sunsetting opportunities, and reinvestment areas.
Build data-driven product forecasting, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred ? Certified Product Manager (CPM) - AIPMM
