Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders on foot using a push cart, processing product returns, and maintaining precise inventory records. You will inspect returned merchandise for quality issues, repackage and relabel items for resale, and use RF scanning equipment and basic computer tools to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and comfort working on your feet throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders by foot using a push cart, ensuring items match labels and VIN numbers accurately.
Read and verify labels, VIN numbers, and order details to ensure correct product selection and packaging.
Process product returns by opening packages, inspecting items for stains, rips, tears, or signs of wear, and determining if they meet quality standards.
Repackage, relabel, and reseal returned products that meet quality standards so they can be placed back into active inventory.
Complete fulfillment tasks including receiving new merchandise, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Prepare products and materials for stock put-away, ensuring items are organized and ready for storage.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records.
Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to track, manage, and update inventory data in real time.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory handling and basic warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
Ability to accurately read and interpret labels, VIN numbers, and order documentation.
Proficiency using RF scanners or RF scan guns to update and track inventory in real time.
Comfort using computers and mobile technology as part of daily warehouse tasks.
Strong attention to detail when inspecting returned products for stains, rips, tears, and signs of wear.
Capability to perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Reliability in attendance and punctuality to support consistent workflow.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift and handle a physical workload.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment.
Hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or stock reconciliation.
Familiarity with material handling processes, including moving and organizing inventory bins.
Experience working with packaging tasks such as boxing, sealing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
Comfort working with RF equipment and technology-driven inventory systems.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
