Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate accurately picks, packs, and moves inventory, performs inventory counts, supports kitting and light assembly activities, and assists with end-of-day warehouse processes while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage stock accurately according to customer orders and work instructions.
Kit components and materials according to defined work instructions and production needs.
Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Replenish stock and warehouse supplies as needed to support ongoing operations.
Assist with end-of-day processes, including order closeout, documentation, and area cleanup.
Operate warehouse equipment, including scissor lifts, after receiving appropriate training if required.
Use basic hand tools and power tools, such as staple guns and nail guns, in a safe and responsible manner.
Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment and methods.
Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to support order picking, inventory management, and shipping tasks.
Support order fulfillment activities, including picking and shipping orders and replacement parts.
Handle general labor tasks related to warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Support additional warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with most items handled using machine assistance and some items lifted by hand.
Basic computer skills to support order entry, inventory tracking, and shipping processes.
Basic math, counting, and inventory skills to ensure accurate picking, packing, and stock management.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, labeling, and documenting inventory.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Comfort using basic hand tools and power tools, such as staple guns and nail guns, in a safe manner.
Willingness to work in a very fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with kitting or light assembly is a plus.
Familiarity with order picking, packing, and general order fulfillment processes.
Experience using RF scanners for order picking and inventory management.
Exposure to inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Experience with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse operations.
Comfort operating or learning to operate warehouse equipment such as scissor lifts, reach trucks, reach forklifts, and reach lifts (with training provided as needed).
Experience with shipping processes, including UPS shipping or similar carriers, is beneficial.

Work Environment
Work takes place in a very fast-paced warehouse environment within a heated, modern factory space. The ambient temperature typically ranges from approximately 50°F to 90°F depending on the season. The work area is clean, organized, and free from wet or slippery conditions, supporting safe material handling and movement throughout the facility. Tasks involve standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and operating or working around warehouse equipment such as scissor lifts and reach trucks. Team members use computers, RF scanners, and basic hand and power tools, including staple guns and nail guns, to complete daily tasks. Typical warehouse attire that is comfortable and appropriate for an active, industrial setting is expected, along with any required safety gear provided in accordance with company policies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
