The purpose of the unit is to manage and coordinate staffing activities within FAMLI, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and compliance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Only:
Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position such as professional scheduling/appointment system management, staffing support to include clerical and office support, staffing coordination.
OR Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years such as professional scheduling/appointment system management, staffing support to include clerical and office support, staffing coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Involvement with coordinating hiring efforts to include onboarding, orientation, offer letters, and/or interviewing.
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to prompt and encourage participation in gathering information on an ongoing basis.
Experience with documentation of office procedures.
Demonstrable proficiency in Google Suite.
