Manager, Marketing Strategy & Execution

Serve as the primary marketing strategy and execution resource supporting IPG by developing creative assets, sales enablement materials, campaigns, digital content, and strategic initiatives while connecting Product Management, Technical Experts, Sales, Digital, Creative, and Central Marketing teams. This role translates business priorities into customer-facing marketing deliverables, manages projects across multiple stakeholders, identifies opportunities and gaps, and ensures initiatives move from idea to completion.

Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, or related field

Professional coursework or certification - Digital marketing, project management, creative design, Adobe Creative Cloud, or related capability- - -

5+ years - Marketing, creative development, digital marketing, sales enablement, or business marketing execution-

3+ years - Cross-functional project coordination, stakeholder management, and business unit support in a matrix environment-

Building products or B2B marketing experience. - -

Experience translating technical/product information into customer-facing materials--- -----
