Entry Level - Mechanical Assembler - WEEKLY PAY

What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a key role in building high-quality mechanical and electro-mechanical products from start to finish. Working from electronic drawings, work instructions, and job orders, you'll help ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
Read and interpret electronic drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to safely complete assembly tasks.
Prepare materials through drilling, sanding, cutting, painting, and other fabrication activities.
Rotate between workstations and production cells as part of cross-training opportunities.
Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events and 5S practices.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Utilize computers and tablets to access documentation and record production activities.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic devices in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical assembly experience.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
Experience working in Lean Manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work across multiple production areas.

Schedule:
First Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
Occasional half-day Fridays
15-minute break and paid 30-minute lunch

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
