Our client, a leading organization in human resources services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be an essential part of the HR Services department supporting various HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep remote

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm CT or 8:30am - 5:00pm CT

What's the Job?

Provide customer service consultation and support on HR-related topics to employees, retirees, and external inquiries.

Handle and resolve a variety of requests related to employee benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and other HR functions.

Manage a workload of phone, chat, or case inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate cases when necessary to ensure consistent service delivery.

Meet key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction, First Contact Resolution, and productivity metrics.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or benefits support, including customer service roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make independent decisions.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and HR software; previous Workday experience is a plus.
