Our architectural lighting manufacturing client is looking for a Full Time Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role is ONSITE, 5 days a week at the clients Chicago location.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts by overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies while serving as the bridge between engineering, product development, sales, and creative marketing. The ideal candidate is both analytical and imaginative-someone who enjoys understanding how products work while finding innovative ways to communicate their value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and transforming technical information into engaging marketing that elevates the brand through email automation and campaign management.

Requirement of the Marketing Manager:\ -5+ years experience; Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business related field\ -Experience marketing technical, engineered, architectural, manufacturing, or design-focused products is strongly preferred\ -Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills\ -Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects

Softwares:\ -Salesforce/Pardot, particularly email automation and campaign management.\ -Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)**\ -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook\ -Experience interpreting marketing analytics and using data to drive strategic decisions

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:\

Developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, print,

social media, email, trade shows, and industry events\ -Translating complex product features, engineering concepts, and lighting technologies into compelling marketing content\ -Leading and inspiring a high-performing marketing team while fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement\ -Leveraging marketing technologies, automation platforms, AI tools, analytics, and emerging digital solutions to improve efficiency and campaign performance\ -Managing and optimizing Salesforce/Pardot email campaigns, audience segmentation, database health, reporting, and performance analytics\ -Developing a deep understanding of our product portfolio and emerging technologies to ensure technical accuracy across all marketing initiatives\ -Working closely with Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to develop effective marketing strategies and product launches\ -Coordinating all marketing materials, logistics, and communications for industry trade shows and events\ -Creating presentations, brochures, catalogs, digital assets, and other tools that support the sales team\ -Ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while reviewing technical documentation, website content, press releases, advertising, and editorial materials\ -Building strong relationships with industry publications, partners, influencers, and clients to maximize exposure\ -Developing, managing, and optimizing departmental marketing budgets while maximizing return on investment\ -Supporting ongoing SEO initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve online visibility and lead generation
