Weekend Production Assemblers - Lexington & Natural Bridge, VA

Join a growing manufacturing team and enjoy a schedule that gives you four days off each week. We are seeking dependable Assemblers to support production operations in Lexington and Natural Bridge, VA.

Pay Rate: $24.23/hour

Schedule Options:

Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Build and assemble products using written instructions

Operate basic hand and power tools

Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process

Prepare completed products for the next stage of production

Organize materials and maintain an efficient work area

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Follow all workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus

Ability to work with tools and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail

Dependable work history and good attendance

Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynchburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr.
