Customer Service Administrator

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support a service-focused team in Dania Beach, Florida. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact for customers while helping internal teams deliver a consistent and responsive experience. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate, high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the service process.

Partner with departments across the business to help ensure work is completed accurately and within expected timeframes.

Monitor service activity and follow up on open items so customers remain informed on status and next steps.

Review completed orders or service records to confirm charges align with customer agreements and approved terms.

Maintain organized documentation, account notes, and administrative records to support daily operations and reporting needs.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally, resolving concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.

Support a collaborative workflow by coordinating with internal stakeholders to address service questions, billing concerns, and account needs. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or an administrative position.

Hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage customer information, service activity, and follow-up tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.

Demonstrated attention to detail, especially when reviewing records, contracts, billing information, and service documentation.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking skills.

Positive, customer-focused approach with a dependable and team-oriented work style.
