Repair Administration Coordinator / Warehouse Clerk

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hr

Schedule

Monday-Friday

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Enter repair, inventory, and work order data into company systems

Process and maintain repair documentation and customer records

Scan, file, and organize paperwork and electronic documents

Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving

Support technicians and operations teams with documentation and parts requests

Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy

Use Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support daily operations

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, data entry, customer service, or operations support experience

Warehouse or inventory experience preferred

Experience with ERP, inventory management, or similar systems

Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or work orders

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
